from this site will be given to the best offers made by the buyer in the
month. |

The highest price will be
calculated by the cost of painting per square feet i.e. a bidder offer’s
highest price per feet. |

Total three paintings will be sold
in such a manner. |

The bidder can send their offer by
an email with the offer price along with the code number of painting to nidhiartgallery@indiatimes.com with the email subject “August 2008 Best
offer”. The subject will change with the change of month and the change of
year accordingly. |

One bidder can bid for any number
of paintings he like. |

Worldwide shipping is available and the cost
will be born by the bidder. Shipping and
handling charges will be born by the bidder. For Indian Buyers these charges
can not be less than Rs300.00 & cannot be higher than 10% of actual cost
of painting declared in “how to buy” link of the website. For foreign buyers these
charges can not be less than USD 30.00 and cannot be more than 20% of the actual
cost of painting declared at “how to
buy” link of the website. |

Painting will be shipped within 20 working days
after full receipt of payment by courier service to their registered address provided
by the bidder through their bidding email. |

The bidder can pick their painting and pay for
it from the office of “Nidhi Art Gallery”, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Personally. |
|
The winner will be informed at their email
address and they will be required to pay within seven days of the date of e-mail
sent, failing which the next bidder will be offered the painting. |

The bidder can pay by their credit
card, PayPal, Online fund transfer etc. with mutual agreement. |

The decision of chairman and MD Artist Nidhi
Bandil Agarwal will be binding and final. |
